Albion make the trip down the A68 to play Tow Law Town on Saturday as part of the Northern League Groundhop, & because of that it’s an unusual kick off of 6:30pm. The Lawyers are not totally safe from relegation but a positive result at AFC Newbiggin on Wednesday evening would help their cause no end. The teams drew 2-2 at the Oldhaulage Stadium just after Christmas, Calvert and Johnston netting for RACA, & Town are on an unbeaten run of four league games, so we’re in for a tough game, though the lads will have enjoyed a week without a competitive game after the nonsense of last week.
