Ryton & Crawcrook Albion appointed Nathan Beckham as Manager of the First Team on 30 December 2022 after former boss Joe Kendrick was forced to step aside from the role due to work commitments. Beckham had a successful spell as manager of Killingworth in the Northern Football Alliance Premier Division until the 2021-22 season and joined from Division One side West Allotment Celtic, where he was assistant manager. He guided Albion to safety in the Ebac Northern League Division Two at the end of 2022-23, a top half finish in 2023-24 and improved on that in 2024-25 with a 7th place finish and reaching Round 2 of the FA Vase for the first time since 2008.
