Cheadle Town advance into the Second Round of the Isuzu FA Vase after a 5-3 win over Ryton & Crawcrook Albion at Kingsley Park.
Bedlington Terriers scored three second half goals to leave Kingsley Park with a 3-1 win after Alfa Djalo’s goal gave Albion a first half lead.
Second half goals from Liam Lowery and Glenn Caygill secured Ryton & Crawcrook Albion a 2-1 comeback win over FC Hartlepool in the Durham County FA Challenge Cup First Round.

Ryton & Crawcrook Albion recorded an impressive 5-2 away win at Billingham Synthonia on Saturday.
A brace from Richard Hoggins and Daniel Craggs’ strike had Albion 3-2 up at half time in Stokesley before late goals from Noah Adotey and Aaron Costello sealed a big win.

Ryton & Crawcrook Albion are delighted to announce a new addition to the management team as Gary Somerville joins the club as Assistant Manager.
Somerville brings with him a wealth of experience being part of a very successful West Allotment Celtic side and knows exactly what it takes to progress up the league.
“I’m over the moon to have Gary come in and work alongside myself and first team coach Michael [McMullen],” commented manager Nathan Beckham.
“We were looking for someone to bring in with experience at this level and with Gary being a good friend of mine, it was a no brainer to bring him in.”
Ryton & Crawcrook Albion will face Cheadle Town at home in the First Round of the Isuzu FA Vase.
Albion beat Penrith 3-2 in a dramatic second qualifying round tie on Saturday.
Cheadle were promoted to the North West Counties Football League Premier Division (Step 5) at the end of last season.
The First Round match is set to be played at Kingsley Park on Saturday 21st October 2023.
