Terms & Conditions:

Please read these competition terms & conditions carefully. If you enter this competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

  1. Entrants must be 16 years of age or over.
  2. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
  3. The competition is not open to employees of Ryton & Crawcrook Albion Football Club or those involved in the competition, their families or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
  4. Route to entry for the competition is to follow the club’s social media profile “RACAFC1970” on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook or Instagram and sharing the competition post.
  5. Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm, Wednesday 24th July 2024. After this time and date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions.
  8. The prize is as follows: 2 adult Season Tickets to Ryton & Crawcrook Albion Football Club’s men’s home Ebac Northern League Division Two games for the 2024/25 season at Kingsley Park.
  9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and must not be re-sold. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  10. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include any cup matches or fixtures of any junior/youth or women’s teams held at Kingsley Park.
  11. Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by promoter.
  12. The winner will be drawn on Thursday 25th July 2024.
  13. The winner will be notified by X, Facebook or Instagram direct/private message and must respond before Saturday 27th July 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize in that time, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
  15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with all relevant UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
