Albion got a plum draw at home to Sunderland AFC Academy Under 18s in the 1st Round (last 32) of the Frank Pattison Challenge Cup. Former RACA coach Jordan Moore who was instrumental in getting SAFC academy keepers like Anthony Patterson (now at Wrexham) and Michael Woud (in this years New Zealand World Cup squad) at RACA in the 2015/16 and 2016/17 was the U18s academy manager last we heard & it would be great to see him back at the club. The likely date for this tie would be on Wednesday 7th October.
